Live, work, worship, or attend school in the counties that include Anderson, Blount, Campbell, Knox, Loudon, Roane, Sevier, and Union.
Have an immediate family member who is already a member. This includes a parent, sibling, child, spouse, grandparent, grandchild, step-parent, step-sibling, or step-child.
