How to Join RVA Financial Federal Credit Union

RVA Financial Federal Credit Union membership eligibility includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Employees of the City of Richmond, VA, except employees of the Bureau of Police and Bureau of Fire
• Employees of the Richmond School Board in Richmond, VA
• Employees of the Capital Region Airport Commission
• Employees of the Richmond Redevelopment & Housing Authority who work in Richmond, VA
• Employees and members of the American Consumer Council in San Diego, CA
• Persons who retired from the above employment
• Members of the immediate family or household of the above.

If none of the above applies to you, you may be eligible to join RVA Financial through the American Consumer Council (ACC) if you live in the United States (excluding the states of AZ, ID, LA, NV, and UT).
