How to Join MyUSA Credit Union

MyUSA Credit Union membership eligibility includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Live in Butler, Clark, Greene, Miami, Montgomery, or Warren County in Ohio: Driver’s license or State ID indicating residence address. A utility bill from the past 30 days, property tax bill, or recent pay stub is required if your driver’s license does not have your current address.
• Work in Butler, Clark, Greene, Miami, Montgomery, or Warren County in Ohio: Recent pay stub from the employer indicating employer address.
• Attend school in Butler, Clark, Greene, Miami, Montgomery or Warren County. A student ID is required.
