How to Join Lower East Side People’s Federal Credit Union

Lower East Side People’s Federal Credit Union membership eligibility includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Individuals, who live, work, volunteer, worship, attend school, or belong to any organization located in Lower East Side map, Central Harlem map, East Harlem map, or the North Shore of Staten Island map; or

• Any organization or business located in the above communities; or

• Individuals affiliated with one of our Select Partner Groups in NYC or

  • Groups such as Drivers Coop, BxFAC, CEANYC, and others

• Residents of New York City who earn less than $48,500 annually; (bring proof of income: tax return) or

• Anyone, who lives in an HDFC Co-op building; or

• A family member of an existing member
