How to Join Alabama One Credit Union
Alabama One Credit Union membership eligibility includes, but is not limited to, the following:
You are eligible for membership through several ways, including where you live, work, or worship, what company you work for, and what company you receive power from.
- You live, work, or worship in an Alabama ONE-affiliated county.
You live, work, worship, or attend school anywhere within these 23 counties: Tuscaloosa, Pickens, Fayette, Lamar, Walker, Bibb, Hale, Greene, Mobile, Washington, Baldwin, Monroe, Escambia, Choctaw, Clarke, Wilcox, Marengo, Sumter, Morgan, Montgomery, Jefferson, Cherokee, and Shelby - You are affiliated with Alabama Rural Electric Cooperative
You are a current, former, or retired employee; or an immediate family member of a current, former, or retired employee of an Alabama rural electric cooperative, or a member of an Alabama rural electric cooperative - You are affiliated with one of the SEGs (Select Employee Groups)
You are a current, former, or retired employee or an immediate family member of a current, former, or retired employee of any of our Select Employee Groups - You are affiliated with an Alabama State care facility.
You are a current, former, or retired employee or an immediate family member of a current, former, or retired employee of a hospital, clinic, center, care facility, or contracted service provider under the administration of the State of Alabama or a resident or patient of these facilities - You are affiliated with any health program under the State of Alabama administration.
You are a current, former, or retired employee; or an immediate family member of a current, former, or retired employee of any group supportive of and working with Public Health, Mental Health, Mental Retardation, Rehabilitation, Alcohol and Drug Abuse, or any other program under the administration of the State of Alabama - You are related to a current Alabama ONE Credit Union Member.
