Straits Area Federal Credit Union membership eligibility includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Anyone who lives, works, or worships within the following Michigan counties and townships.

Counties:

• Cheboygan
• Emmet
• Otsego
• Presque Isle

Mackinac County Townships

• Brevort
• Clark
• Marquette
• Moran
• St Ignace
• Bois Blanc Island
• Mackinac Island
• City of St Ignace
  *Excluding employees of the Port Dolomite Company

Chippewa County Townships

• Kinross
• Raber
• Trout Lake

Related to immediate families who are current members, including spouses, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, parents, step-parents, grandparents, and step-grandparents, are also eligible.
