Brooklyn Cooperative Federal Credit Union membership eligibility includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Brooklyn Coop’s Field of Membership are the Brooklyn Community Districts representing Bushwick, Bedford-Stuyvesant, Crown Heights, East New York, and Brownsville, as well as Ridgewood in Queens.

You don’t have to live in these neighborhoods to open an account, but you should have some connection.

For example, if your family members live here, if you go to church or work in these neighborhoods, or if you have family or operate a business here, those facts count as connections to our communities.
